At Suwannee. I've heard its one of the better ones.

May Suwanee there are is a main stage and then a small Amptheater. I'm not sure if they used the Amptheater for Hulaween but they did for Wanee. The grounds are mostly wooded though so camping is not bad at all.

They did a decent run a couple years ago 
I'm thinking a Horning's run is on the horizon for next summer as well. I've been dying to go to Horning's. I almost went there instead of RR in '10 but it was too hard to pass up their first run since '07.
