Not a bad performance, overall, for a non-professional actor. Turned 60 this year.
You better stay away from Copperhead Road.

He was a recurring character on Treme as well. I liked his character, and thought he did a good job with it.

When I saw him a few years ago here in Houston, I got to talk to him afterward and told him I really enjoyed him on The Wire, and was wondering if he had anything else coming up. He said he had just made a movie with Edward Norton playing a drug dealer.
