Anyone going to this show? I just started listening to this band and I'm liking their style.
On a side note, whoever is in charge of booking the shows at the Varsity is absolutely killing it. The Varsity is bringing rock/metal back into Baton Rouge. I'm pumped for this show as well...

One of my best friends is part of one of the opening acts. Most of my friends and I will be there. Got our presale tix yesterday.
I won't be at Goatwhore due to exams, unfortunately.

They have really come a long way over the past 2 years from only booking bands like Staind,10 Years, and tribute bands. Now, they have far more variety. Bands like Royal Teeth, HAIM, and Shovels & Rope have all played there recently in addition to alt country acts like American Aquarium and Turnpike Troubadoors. Blackberry Smoke will be there soon as well.
