As far as places I've never been, but really, really would like to:

Ryman Auditorium, Nashville

Red Rocks

Renovated Saenger

Tabernacle, Atlanta

What says the MB Mafia?

Deer Creek for nostalgic reasons
The Gorge
Tabernacle
Warfield
Alpine Valley
Chastain Park

I haven't seen a proper show at the Ryman. Just the Opry with the wife

Not a well known venue for music shows or anything but I had tickets to see Avett Brothers in my beloved Strand Theater in Shreveport 2 years ago and I had to miss the show. I regret not being able to go . I am hoping they can get more cool shows like that in the future.

Greek Theater in Berkley is probably the coolest one I've been to. Like the Ryman as well. And for nostalgia because I've seen so many shows there, Oak Mt Amphitheater in Birmingham.

I thought Red Rocks was overrtated, but I know I'm in the minority on that.

Seems like the volcano room acoustic would be awful.

I'd love to go to Red Rocks.

One of my favorites was The Orpheum in New Orleans. I saw The Mars Volta there. One of the best shows that I've been to.

And of course, The Gorge. Similar to Red Rocks.

A lot of these are on my list. Have done the Tabernacle many times.

One good one that probably doesn't get a lot of shows I care about, but that I really enjoyed, is Bass Hall in Ft. Worth.

I though red rocks has better acoustics than the gorge and of course the perfect lot scene. The gorge is better for scenery and camping. The seating is also more comfortable(grass) barring rain. The gorge is literally in the middle of nowhere.

Wolf Trap (Vienna, VA)

You can also bring in ice chests with your own booze and food. Legit.
