Songs that don't sound like the artist that made them

I couldn't really figure out who to word that title.
What inspired this thread, I was listening to a Paul McCartney interview on the nerdiest and one of the guys mentioned the Temporary Secretary as a song that he was surprised McCartney would make.
What are some other good songs that do not fit an artist typical sound?

I always thought "Rocky Racoon" didn't fit the typical Beatles catalogue...

David Bowie...too many to name. When I first heard Changes, I would have never thought it was Bowie. Same with Rebel Rebel, which sounds like a classic southern rock tune to me.

Layla.. Clapton's vocals at that young of age sound almost unrecognizable to his later stuff.

WAYNE NEWTON
How does that not sound like Wayne Newton?
80% of this sounds like somebody else (aside from the solo vocal on the verse)
Wayne Newton - "Comin' On Too Strong"

B/C he was so young and sounded like a 16 year old girl.

I always knew it was Grand Funk but I thought it was a cover of someone else's song. It was totally out of character for them at the time.

AC/DC - "Ride On"
In a sense it sounds distinctly AC/DC with Bon's sinister voice and Angus' guitar work, but the idea of the Thunder from Down Under playing a ballad seems odd when juxtaposed to the rest of their 19-album catalog.

"Beth" by Kiss is one of the more glaring examples
