The music venue in central city? I saw on their facebook page that its closing down. They booked some sick shows so I wonder why it would be closing?

My source tells me that the guy who was trying to buy it was a deadbeatnik that couldn't keep up with his note payments. Could impact the future of the venue, per my source.
