Shania Twain announces her final tour

Shania Twain will begin her first major tour in over a decade this spring. The Rock This Country tour kicks off in June and includes 50 dates in the United States and Canada. The soon-to-be 50-year-old says it will be her last tour.
“I feel like I’m ready to hang my hat up in that regard,” Twain explained after announcing the tour on "Good Morning America" Wednesday. “I just really want to go out with a bang.”
Tickets for Twain’s Rock This Country tour go on sale to the public on March 13. Wes Mack will open the Seattle and Canadian dates. Gavin DeGraw will open U.S. dates.
