I'd rather see VH with DLR on his worst night, playing the Diver Down album twice in its entirety, than seeing the 20 best Van Hagar songs of my choice.

I feel the same although I think it's almost beyond debate that Hagar is a better vocalist.

Sammy by a long shot.....he's a better vocalist, can actually PLAY an instrument, is a better songwriter & isn't gay

I'm nearly convinced that anyone who prefers Hagar in Van Halen probably brings roller blades to the shows. Big deal he's a better singer...fricking Adele blows both of them away, but it doesn't mean I want her in Van Halen.

When one thinks of VH, it has to be DLR. I would've loved to have seen DLR VH in the early 80's.

But I enjoy many Hagar songs and think he brought a lot to the table. 5150 and F*U*C*K were great albums.

On a side note.... EVH must be a severe a-hole because if you can't get along with Sammy, something is wrong with you.
