I listened to the remaster on Spotify. It's amazing how fresh this album sounds! Released in '74 and holds up like it came out yesterday!

Fantastic album. Don't leave out Day of the Eagle.

Regarding the great songs with great cover versions thread:

Opeth - Bridge of Sighs

I really don't think there's a band that could do it any more justice as a cover.

Trower still has one of my favorite guitar tones of all-time.

He played at the Texas Club in Baton Rouge a few years ago. I have no frickin' idea why I didn't go to that show.

Hard to beat that lineup wth Trower's amazing guitar prowess and Dewar's great vocals(and bass)

I brought my teenage son and he was blown away. I had seen Trower many times going back to the 70's and he was still money. I could not believe I was watching him at the Texas Club.

It was before my time but he got labeled a Hendrix knockoff?? thats a terrible comparison. Still touring and sounds good to this day.
