JJ's music has played in the background of my life from the time his first album came out until now. His under played delicate guitar solo's taught me that you didn't have to get up in someone's face for them to pay attention to you.

I will celebrate his life rather than mourn his passing. He led a full life doing what he loved. How many of us can say that?

RIP JJ. The man should get more recognition than he does.

Turn up "Changes", "If Your Ever in Oklahoma", "Anyway The Wind Blows", "The Woman that Got Away", I'll Make Love To You Anytime", "Don't Cry Sister", "Things Ain't Simple", "Mama Don't", "Devil in Disquise", Downtown LA", "Wish I Had Me A Dollar", "Hard Times", "Trouble in the City" and end the day with all the rest. Then tell me if the world didn't just a lose an original. My 12 year old girls "favorite artist". Raisen em right

His 'Live' is fantastic. The dvd from '79 is great. Just ordered some more from amazon. I took his passing more than ppl i actually knew. But his music will NEVER die. Smooth & Cool as it comes. Future kids will stumble upon his music - if theyre lucky - and discover what real music is.

RIP JJ. Ride yourself high. Travel light.

Oh, and Clapton, Skynyrd, WSP...thank that legend so you could succeed.
