Saw Lee Perry at Coachella. He had ounces of weed taped to his body. he is one of the most bizarre musical personalities in history.

I recommend his biography People Funny Boy.

Yeah, I saw him at HOB in NOLA years ago. He was pulling on a banana-sized spliff all night.

For some crazy revolutionary reggae that breaks the mold, check out Linton Kwesi Johnson's album "Dread, Beats, and Blood."

LKJ is so great. forces of victory and dread beat an blood are really powerful records.

Had the pleasure of hanging out with the Itals and Eek-A-Mouse when they were in Birmingham about 20 years ago. Eek-A-Mouse is total trouble. dude loves to gamble and chase the skirts. he was a trip and I actually think he is in jail right now.

Prince Fari.

King Tubby- well without him and Lee Perry, we probably would not have a lot of the music that we have today.

Rebelution- lazy afternoon, safe and sound
Expendables- minimum wage, bowl for two
Slightly stoopid- every song is good, mellow mood is my favorite
Inner circle- la la la la (make you sweat)
