re: Post a good, obscure 90's alternative song?

Elizabeth Fraser is my all-time favorite vocalist. She's incredible. Good luck figuring out any lyrics, though. She's (very) Scottish, they never printed any lyric sheets, what you can decipher is exceptionally abstract, and at least some of the songs are just nonsense sounds that she felt represented the emotion of the music better than any words could. In her prime, she was most definitely my "not particularly hot, but IWHI anyway" girl.
