Perhaps the "filler" in Tool's 10,000 Days album isn't filler but a secret song

Tool fans have long complained about 10,000 Days' "filler" tracks. However, it appears that three songs (Viginti Tres, Wings for Marie, and 10,000 Days) may actually be separate parts of one secret song!
See the explanation below:
Feel free to listen to the song below:
10,000 Days - secret song
See the explanation below:
quote:
By themselves, the songs seem completely different: ‘10,000 Days‘ (11:13) is a long prog-rock number, ‘Wings for Marie‘ (6:11) is a quiet song that builds up into a crescendo, and ‘Viginti Tres‘ (5:02) is just a bunch of weird noises. 6:11 plus 5:02 adds up to 11:13 — that’s because you’re supposed to put “Viginti Tres” and “Wings for Marie” together (in that order) and play them at the same time that ‘10,000 Days' (11:13) plays in the background. These three separate songs form the long rumored "secret song".

People have known about this for years and it's one of the most pretentious, masturbatory things in music history. This is basically the musical version of a bad Christopher Nolan script (looking at you, Inception).

why are we getting 10,000 threads on 10,000 Days all of a sudden?

FFS man. Chill with the Tool threads. Their last album was over 10 years ago and stuff like this and "The Holy Gift" have been well known by most fans for a long time.

Sure, but it hasn't been discussed for quite a long time and with a new album hopefully on the near horizon, we should discuss all things Tool again.

We'll just turn it into a typical discussion of Tool fans:
Who has the best smelling farts, Maynard or Danny? Also, how much would you pay to literally eat one of Maynard's farts?

Wrong.
We'll discuss the meaning behind his farts and debate whether or not the cadence of his farts is the basis for a secret album.

That album blows.
Regardless, Can't wait to see "Schism" and "Sober" live at VooDoo.

Christopher Nolan tries so hard to make a mind-bending plot that it often fails under its own weight, yet a bunch of fanboys will defend it like it's the greatest work ever presented. You just have to watch it in a different order and everything makes perfect sense.

How did Inception fall under its own weight?
Posted on 10/26/16 at 3:11 pm to rbWarEagle
Inception didn't fall under its own weight. LOL. Who else in Hollywood is making movies as interesting as The Prestige and Inception?
Nolan is the director equivalent of Tool, no doubt. He's leaps and bounds above his peers.

He is pretentious and over rated, just like Tool.

It's a painful truth to the keyboard philosophers.

I like your enlightening ways. Please tell us why Tool is overrated. Be specific.
While you're at it, please be specific on why Nolan is overrated.
I, for one, am intrigued!

Because fools constantly make statements like "Tool is the greatest band ever and it's not even close." They are a talented band and have made a couple of really good albums, but so have a lot of other bands.
People also constantly make excuses for why The Dark Knight Rises didn't suck, demonstrating the Nolan-worship similar to the Tool effect. Just like Tool, people act like Nolan is infallible. Look, I wanted to like Inception, I really did, but it was a crappy movie. Certain plot devices were interesting, but his grand reality that he created contradicted itself.
And now, a van falling.
Again.

Have you ever considered that perhaps there is an actual "best band ever"? And that band may in fact be Tool?
