Are there any local reggae bands in the area?

Ashes of Babylon is the only local one I know of and they're out of Lake Charles/Austin.
I think they are scheduled to play at Laberge in LC later this summer.

Forgot all about them. Caught them many a time around BR back in the cenozoic era.

Killer Bees were from Austin. Yes Papa Mali is still around performing with a band under his own name.
The Revealers is currently one of the most well known reggae bands from N.O.
