Gazpacho they are incredible.
Sort of like Radiohead but with more atmosphere and IMO a darker side but they are very mellow but can rock. Check out their albums Tick Tock (though track 1 is the only song I don't like, it's very different from the rest of the album) and the album March of Ghosts.
dredg is IMO one of the greatest albums of all time but they aren't well known. Check out there album El Cielo.

I've seen them a few times. Met the band, cool dudes. El Cielo and Catch Without Arms are both fantastic. The Pariah... has some solid work on it. Not sure what the frick that last album is, but its pretty bad.

I saw them live too on the El Cielo tour. One of the best shows I've ever seen.
