New album out from the New Orleans electro rockers. I loved odd soul, and listened to the whole album many times. To me this new album is all pop/rock, indie dance, guitars and real drums are hard to find. I actually favor this genre, but a little disappointed it's not more rock heavy. Hope to make the varsity show feb 22

I really enjoyed everything they've done through Armistice. There were only a few tracks that I dug on Odd Soul. Admittedly, I have not listened to the entire album yet, but what I've heard I haven't really cared for

I think this will push them into the mainstream more. The live version of Light Up is fricking awesome. Haven't listened to the entire album, though.

Like this for example, where you really hear Darren King: LINK

This live version reminds me of Foals. Sounds good.

I have now listened to the entire album. "Best of Intentions" is far and away my favorite track.

Odd Soul is absolutely fantastic. Especially when played live. Will be sure to check this one out

The more I listen to this record, the more I'm enjoying it. "Stratosphere" and "All I See" stand out in addition to "Best of Intentions," which is still my favorite.

Definitely enjoying it. Reminds me a lot of Apparatjik.

Obviously more electronic and synth based than raw instrumentation. To me it's still Mutemath, though. You can hear remnants of other albums within most songs. "Stratosphere" is definitely my favorite at this point - most people I see online mention this song, too.

All in all, it's a different direction but I like it. One of my top bands.
