Mixtapes to iTunes?

Old computer crashed and set up itunes on my new computer. Everything that i downloaded through itunes has moved to my new machine. Basically everything that i am missing is a bunch of mixtapes.
So my question is, what is the best site to download mixtapes and the easiest to get them in the right format to get into itunes?
TIA. Not infront of computer all day, but i will come back to thank any/each of you that help. out.
