I'm not sure if people know about this or not. I'm posting for the ones who don't.

He brings out an artist or group to his house for a day. He feeds them. They jam on some of his songs and theirs. It really is an awesome webcast. I find myself discovering a new artist only to find Daryl had them out at his house last year.

He's up to 55 shows now.

I'm a big fan. I watched almost all the episodes over a three day period a couple of months ago.

His Tears of a Clown with Smokey is excellent. My favorite one by far. Somebody posted it about a year ago on the OT an I regularly check on the site for new performers.

When Patrick Stump (lead singer from Fall Out Boy) started his solo gig last year and I was just discovering how multi-talented/versatile he was and came across an old episode (#25) from Daryl's house where Stump played a bunch of instruments, even though Patrick & Daryl didn't particularly sing/harmonize all that well together on the FOB selections in that episode (but did sound better together on the H&O covers).

Yeah, I had to go back and watch Grace again. She is awesome across the board. I "found" her this year out at Jazzfest.

It was love at first sight.

Man, when I was 17 years old, there was nobody I wanted to be more than Daryl Hall (except for maybe Rick Springfield).

I saw he and John Oates at the LSU Assembly Center (as the PMAC was known then) and he came out in a purple duster jumping up and down playing a white Strat, opening w/ "Did It In A Minute". I knew then I wanted to be a rock star.

I was lucky enough to see them at a bar in N.O. called Old Man Rivers in the late 70's. The place was full and we went down in front the stage and sat on the floor in front of all the tables. When security tried to make us move, G.E. Smith (Lead Guitarist) told them to leave us alone..........

Great show!!
