Hard to believe they still tour even if it is a fair. Probably safe to say that not many kids will be in this audience.

When I think of yacht rock, it does not get much better than LRB "Reminiscing."

Love Little River Band, wouldn't go see them live at this stage in their career if it was down the block.

Not a single Australian left in the band. I think it's been ten or more years since an original member has been in the band.

Considering there's no original members in the band anymore, I suppose they could tour forever

Umm Hmm. Reminds me of my first wife when we first met. The good years...

The original band members sold their rights, but did not realize it. There is a youtube video:"somebody's taken our history."

I thought the current leader is an American. Was with Loggins and Messina.

I think it's the bass player who sang "Night Owl". So he was technically with the original band for a period, but still not the same. Glenn Shorrock toured for a bit with a couple of the other members and I think still performs the LRB stuff.

I saw LRB with Poco at La Tech back in the late 70's. Great show.

We saw Yes last year: Here was their lineup:

Steve Howe-guitar. Original guitarist was Peter Banks.
Alan White-drums. Original drummer was Bill Bruford.
Geoff Downes-keyboards. Original keyboards was Tony Kaye.
Billy Sherwood-bass. Original bass was Chris Squire.
Jon Davison-vocals. Original vocalist was Jon Anderson.

So did I see Yes? Or was that some cover band?
Can you hold LRB to the same standard?

While I'd still pay $10 to hear a new Yes album, I wouldn't travel anywhere to see their current lineup in concert. That said, Howe, White, and Downes were at least involved when the band still had a legit career & weren't in heritage mode...the LRB, on the other hand, consists of a bunch of ringers who all joined after 2000, except for the bass player. So to answer your question, you did see Yes, but barely

Sorry to derail, but I'm going to see the "other" Yes next month in San Antonio.
Wakeman, Anderson, Rabin. At least one member is a founding member. I've heard good reviews about the tour so far.

I wanted to see them when they were in Atlanta, but I was asked to come into work at 5:15 the next morning, so no go for me. Hope they release some new music....ever since I saw Rabin & Wakeman jam together on the Union tour all those years ago, I've been hoping for them to do something together.
