I like the idea a lot and I have the album. Down on the Bottom is one of my favorites. Kansas City is also good but every time I listen to it I wish it wasn't Marcus Mumford singing because he doesn't have a good voice and the harmonizing in that song is grating, like it literally hurts my ears when I have headphones in. When they sing "and I love you dear, but just how long" yikes.

Watched this doc on Showtime a few weeks ago. It was a noble premise with some great assembled talent, but also seemed like a really forced vibe. Marcus came across as the most honest guy about the project to me.
T Bone is well, T Bone, but there was this constant idea of recreating what Dylan & Co. were doing organically at Big Pink - all the while steadily checking iphones, updating social media and sipping Kurig in the lush Capital Records LA studio.
The credits (as if to validate) had a back & forth montage of the two projects
