Just got my Isbell tickets!

St Augustine, FL.......March 5th...very excited...playing with Shovels and Rope...not real sure about them yet...im still trying to get into their stuff.....anybody seen Isbell recently?

110 damn dollars in Austin. don't think i'm going this time.

I paid about 120 for my two but they are damn good seats...I've never seen him live...he played Jacksonville awhile back but I couldn't go...saw this date and made it happen...I hope he plays a mix of the new album stuff and some of his Southeastern and Sirens stuff too...and some of the old DBT tunes...

last 2 i saw were almost 100% the last two albums with 1-2 DBT songs mixed in.

I was amazed the last time I saw him at the amount of people in attendance who didn't know his DBT catalog

that is surprising. i always find it to be a chatty crowd and i dont think ive ever found someone that didnt know his DBT but knew him
