I listened to the first two albums and that's some serious music. How do the rest of Reznor's albums match up to the first two?

Everything after The Fragile is shite. I pretty much stopped listening to them after With Teeth because it was so bad. Year Zero is slightly better. Their 90s albums are all great.

With Teeth isn't very good, but I really like the new album. I generally like everything Trent's ever done.

The Fragile is his best work
definitely took a dip after that but everything else is still worth a few listens

Some people love Year Zero. I stopped listening on that album. It was alright.
I love The Fragile best.
Fixed and Broken are must listen.

I hated NIN when I was growing up. My tastes changed and With Teeth got me to give them another shot, because I really liked that album when it came out. The Fragile and The Downward Spiral are easily his bests albums IMO. I never have got into Pretty Hate Machine, but I still like With Teeth a lot. Hesitation Marks was also pretty good. I grew tired of Year Zero, although I loved it at one point.

Remember this record well, came out the fall of my freshman year in college... The gal I was seeing loved it but it absolutely did my head in... So, I endured and when it ended gladly never listened to anything else NIN put out again... coming up on 25 years and still NIN free...
It's a slow day at work, so I felt the need to elaborate... sorry!
edit: Oh yeah, Depeche Mode's "Personal Jesus" was in her rotation... it was doomed from the start!
