Anybody going? New to his music and like the quality of the songwriting. Not crazy about the political stance on some songs but he's an artist, what do you expect?
Tickets seem to be very reasonable. Amanda Spires is also on the bill.

he is great live. he isn't political at his shows. i have seen him 3 times in N.O and he was amazing all 3 times. i have tickets to his baton rouge show and i am going the Ryman in oct. to see him

It was a killer show. Everybody was really at the top of their game. He played about 4 or 5 songs from each of the last three albums and a few miscellaneous ones.
