Is Taylor Swift hitting her stride by finally branching out from "country"?

I don't post on this board much so I dk y'all's opinion on her but for songs geared towards chicks I think she is decent.

Either way we all know for years she's really been singing pop songs and trying to pass them for "country" by throwing in an accent every now and then.

But I just heard her song "Trouble" for the secon time and there is no hint of country in it, it's all pop, and it's one of her best songs. To me it was maybe the best song vocal wise I've heard her sing, I really like that song (again, for a song geared towards chicks). I hope she keeps sticking to that and not try to be "country" any longer
