I'd recommend any Z-Ro album.
Rick Ross's 100 Black Coffins is pretty solid too. It's from the Django Unchained soundtrack.

I'll check it out. I haven't been too fond of zero. Probably bc I lived in Houston and they talk him up like he's tupac. I'll still check it out

He's the south's 2Pac. I've thought that from the first time I heard him. He's not on Pac's level lyrically, but he can draw emotion out of me the same way. And he's been doing it for over a decade.
Admittedly I'm a Z-Ro fanatic. If I could only listen to 1 Houston rapper it would be Ro. I'm looking forward to seeing him live the next time he comes to LC.

FWIW Starvation 2 by Ace Hood is also a very good mixtape. Although he is a bit more upbeat than most rappers.

I use livemixtapes too.
I quit using itunes though so I can't help you there. I use MediaMonkey for my media player on my laptop and use it to update my Galaxy S2 phone and my ipod. Best decision I ever made regarding my music collection. I HATE itunes and MM is the best I've ever used.

The Atlanta crunk scene was a fad that didn't hold up to me.
I downloaded lil scrappy's no problems a few months ago and didn't like it like I used to. I like it, just always seen to skip it when it comes on.
