If you haven't heard them, I HIGHLY encourage giving all their albums a listen. Frontman Taylor Goldsmith may be the best current songwriter I've heard, and their sound is timeless.

This will be my second time seeing them. First time, they put on the best show i've ever seen.

I've really become to love this band....I thought "All Your Favorite Bands" was one of the best records of 2015.

If you watched the Bob Dylan "New Basement Tapes" doc, you will see that Taylor is an incredible musician and to me stood out among of those guys...

I'm really pissed I can't go see them in Nola this month too.

They, along with Ben Howard and Bon Iver, are my favorite band. I have completely killed every album they have ever released and they never disappoint in the slightest. I highly suggest finding a way to see them. Seeing them live takes it to a whole nother level

I can't really get into Dawes. I don't hate them, and I enjoy some for their songs, but their sound is too...clean, for me.

Having said that, I saw them live and then as the backing band to Conor Oberst back to back at the Hangout a couple of years ago, and they impressed me as musicians.

I guess they're not for everyone. They definitely jam like crazy live.

They have said their biggest influence is The Band, and I can see that a lot in their music.

That was my thought after listening to the first link.

Where have I heard "When My Time Comes"? I swear I've heard it somewhere.

Those links aren't necessarily my favorite songs or their best work, they were just good videos I found quickly

I really like "When My Time Comes". It's bugging the shite out of me not knowing how I knew it before now though.

I'm clicking through their YouTube videos right now

The first one that ever got me into them was "From a Window Seat"

Then it was When My Time Comes. I've been on them for a few years now; I've gone through periods of time where they are the only band I listen to for months at a time

Saw them in Birmingham a few months ago. They put on a great show! Adding Duane Betts at lead guitar really helps too. He kills it.

Me too. I had heard the name bounced around but never really gave them a listen. All your favorite bands is a great sentimental song.

We've seen them a few times, but the most memorable was a set outside at SXSW a few years back when it was 30 degrees outside. There were, no exaggeration, 10 people at the show. It was awesome. Well maybe not for them, but we got a great show in the most intimate, if f'n freezing, of settings.
