I worshiped those cats growing up. Anyway...
Either Masters of Reality or Sabotage.
Eta- saw the first Ozfest in ATL with Bill, Geezer, and Tony and it was mind-blowing.

Definitely Paranoid. Not a fan of the band really, but that album is really good and had such an impact.
