I've been to a Big Gigantic concert, the mad decent block party with Flosstradamus, Major Lazer, and Dillon Francis.. But none of them compared to the sheer intensity and energy Bassnectar brought in Birmingham this past saturday.

I dont know if it was the way I was feeling at nectar, or the scene, or the crowd that was there, but it was absolutely nuts. Mind numbing from start to finish.

What are you guy's favorite shows yall have been to?

Ultra Music Festival. Super expensive and I don't like the genre (that much) but the actual crowed was amazing.

I honestly can't even explain it in words, watch this video

Not exactly a fan but Bassnectar at the Varsity 4 years ago was insane. It was right when he was exploding and had such a ridiculous light set up for such a small place.

Also, caught Pretty Lights at a frat house in Tuscaloosa about 5 years ago and had the drummer with him. I miss the Hot Like Sauce days

Bassnectar at Rothbury '08 was a fricking experience, only because it was the first time I'd ever seen a show like that before. That paired with the whole scene/people/weridos there, and high quality drugs made it pretty memorable

I could name a couple others, but the real overriding theme here is that I was on a lot of ecstasy.

Sober I don't think they would have been all that enjoyable.

The guy started playing house parties in Ft. Collins. I saw him at one eyed jacks in 07 or 08 with a crowd of maybe 50

It has been interesting watching the revival of electronic music, especially that whole dubstep wave that dominated the past few years. I have been to a few shows, but have never embraced the genre. I still can't believe how big it has gotten.

But I wasnt rolling that night just drunk, so wouldnt put it up there with the other shows I've been to.

I saw Big Gigantic at Buku 2 years ago. I really enjoyed that. I like EDM to listen to, but the rave culture isn't too much of my thing. I'm more of a coke and booze go to a show type guy

You hang around some kids from Hoover,AL and you'll learn a lot of phrases you've never heard

At least thats what my fraternity brothers from other places all over the south tell me.

So glad KA booked Railroad Earth for LSU Auburn last year. They may be some hicks but they did a great job in booking music that night
