A couple of my close friends started rapping junior year of high school. Granted, they've gotten better since 3 years ago. I just am curious if they actually think they are going to "make it" as people say in the rap game.

Do any of you have friends or acquaintances that make their own music and expect a future in it? If so would consider them actually to be good, without being bias?

Friend of a friend just posted his $500,000 check on Facebook yesterday after he got signed by Mizay ENT (label of gucci mane, waka flocka, nikki minaj). Never met him personally but I hear he was handing out free cd's at lunch in high school just 2 years ago

Not really friends with him, met him a few times but few of my friends from school are good friends with him.

He's pretty good IMO.
