I have, actually listened to in enroute to Covington this morning. I used softer , but its a bad choice of words. I understand both sides here , just to be clear.

Ticketweb's mobile site is impossible to use. I had to log in at every screen. Oh well I'll just wait and buy it from someone else.

If you want tickets then buy that shite ASAP. Maybe the site glitched for a moment and said it was sold out.
It's still letting me add tickets and go all the way to checkout. Do you have to actually attempt to buy them for it to say sold out?
