It seems to me like Rock is diminishing even further these days. A lot of post punk, post hardcore sounds even more emerging but who is playing just good rock and roll right now?

Said current country acts are the hottest, followed by older 'name' acts (James Taylor, etc).
Current rock bands cheapest, easiest to get, least demand.

Slash's band with Myles Kennedy is the best rock band on the planet. Check out their World on Fire album from last year. Nothing but good ole hard rock.
