Bon Iver leaks cryptic clip; possible new works to ensue?

The 22 second video entitled "#22days" was released two days ago, (on the 22nd, of course.) and features some strange imagery backed by even stranger vocals. I want to believe it's a tease for a new album, but I guess I won't get my hopes too high. #22days
