Very good Netflix Doc on Ginger Baker. (Cream, Master of Reality)

Saw it months ago...very good, and yes he is crazy. Just saw that he will be playing in Austin and Houston in June...the venue in Houston is a great small venue.

The most mind blowing part of the film is when he says he had to put an ad in a local L.A. musician's paper to hustle work in the late 80s (or maybe early 90s). From drummer for Cream to "will drum for food": how much further can one fall?

I guess being the biggest a-hole in the world has consequences.

Yeah, he doesn't come across as a prince of a guy. Jesus, the way he treated his son … and everyone else for that matter.

It's a fine line between genius and lunacy. Lots of issues there that could use therapy, but them we probably wouldn't have had his contribution to music.

Great doc for one of the greatest drummers of all time.

I came away from watching that just feeling bad. He treated his horses and dogs better than his family/children/friends. I lost interest in him as a musician just seeing how much of a train-wreck he is as a human being.
