Iron and Wine.

Sam has changed how he sings and placed more emphasis on his vocals since his albums were made. Had I not seen him on ACL, I would not even be a fan.

What makes their studio stuff sound lame is how overproduced it is. Live is so much more stripped down and gritty, it sounds like rock 'n roll. They did a cover of Sabatage one time and damn near tore the roof off the Varsity. Crowd surfing, moshing, and shite at a goddamn Switchfoot concert! I was like "Is this real life?"
