Was 2011 the year where they released each lineup addition once every 1-10 days as they saw fit?

i still think that they should do a second line with the artists printed on the napkins being passed out, and then formally announce it shortly after with a quick edit of some footage of the event.
could either piggy back off an existing event, or create there own little show with rebirth of someone at a club on Frenchman and then take it to the streets.
