No one's going to do that on a message board, you never know who is looking. There is an entire industry of people out there who troll message boards to find out enough information about posters to trace them to their real life people and then dox them. That's right, they take people's posts out of context and use them to hurt their personal and/or professional lives. That's why, someone sharing their actual work is actually a pretty big deal. Most people, share a fake email address at the most, so then if someone is serious, they exchange emails in the fake email address and then get real identities later, off site.

"Because bands break up all the time and all of these guys have multiple side projects. They love to collaborate with other people. And nobody makes money playing original music in Baton Rouge. Everyone does it just out of the love for making it. And, even if they're not available, they often know people who are."

And also even if anyone was interested, how would I be able to meet him, since I'm visually impaired and thus CANNOT drive? Yeah, the person interested would need to drive to my place, or my mom or dad would have to take me to their place. And well, there going to need at least a little information about said person, including his picture, to make sure I'm hanging out with someone who's loving and honest.

Usually what people do is they post a throwaway email that doesn't have their real name in it. They ask people who are interested to shoot them an email including samples. People are more willing to do this because they're not sharing it with the entire internet, but just one person. If you're really serious, that's what you should do.

I bet you are just jealous of the dudes who DO get laid when being part of synthpop project, or when playing a soft piano ballad. Like how many times did Richard Marx get laid after playing "Right Here Waiting" by his wife? How many times does ole Matt Nathanson get laid?
I've seen WAY too many people who spit out shite like that. ENOUGH is ENOUGH with that crap. I can't take anyone seriously when they say things like that.

Like I said local. Sure, a famous millionaire can get laid playing synth music, but a famous millionaire can get laid no matter what made them a famous millionaire. Pretty much any broke local burnout guitarist or drummer can get laid on any given night, the same can't be said for local keyboardists and bassists.
I don't make the rules. That's just the way it is.

Help get this guy off my back who has a huge attitude problem and is bringing up all these weird rules in the Baton Rouge music scene that I don't even care about and that make any potential jam buddy I'm looking for turn into a moot point.
People who feel the need to bring up how much sex you get based on what instrument you play has the mindset of a very low-minded player. He's NOT the kind of person I'd want to jam with.
I want to jam with someone who doesn't make all these stupid rules, and who talks to me like an educated and REAL person. Someone who approaches me as a friend, and likes me for me.
