Randy, Wade Bowen, and Pat Green will be playing in NYC and Boston in a few weeks. Anyone going?

I've always wondered what the turnout is like at these shows up there

I will actually be spending some time in Boston in the next year, I would love it if another show falls on a date when I'm there. I've seen all three of those bands more times than I can count but it would be fun to see them in a venue outside of TX or LA. I also want to see what kind of New Englanders actually show up to these things.

Apparently there's a pretty solid Red Dirt following in NYC. They always draw a big crowd from what I hear.

I'm interested to see the turnout in Boston. We saw Rebirth Brass Band play at the Sinclair a couple of months ago and the place was packed. Not the same, I know. But as a frame of reference.

I was actually at The Sinclair last week...we met some friends for dinner and the manager came by with some tickets and drink coupons for the music venue. VERY cool spot. I know Josh Abbott played there 2 nights ago, I wonder how the turnout was for them.

Yeah, the bar/restaurant is really cool. And the music venue isn't bad.

And I know. The wife and I wanted to catch that show. Been sick this week, though.

Looks like they had a pretty decent turnout.
I went to a Wade Bowen show a couple of years ago in Beaumont on a Thursday and there were fewer people.
