Wes Anderson's entire collection sucks donkey balls.

I thought The Hangover was overrated. I laughed twice.

I thought Pixels was a pretty good movie.

I couldn't stand The Goonies as a kid. I couldn't look the deformed dude in the face. He grossed me out.

Agreed. The Hobbit trilogy was abysmal on all levels.

I didn't mind the racist Transformers in Transformers 2.

I very much disagree. Look behind the scenes. Peter Jackson was the only thing that kept it from being a total abortion. He had 6 months to rewrite the Hobbit once Del Toro left the project and no time to make it as good as he intended. The studio also forced him to make three movies instead of two.

So instead Jackson winged it over the scenes that didn't matter and focused on the important scenes that he knew he couldn't frick up. The Dwarves arriving at Bag End, the troll scene, Riddles in the Dark, the Spider scene, Smaug and Bilbo's meeting, Smaug's death, and Thorin's death were all wonderfully done. Those scenes clearly had Jackson's touch and care. He didn't have time to get the rest done. They had years for instance to get costumes and props for LotR, but had mere months for the Hobbit, which is why the goblins looked like shite.

I implore everyone who hated the Hobbit to watch edits online which put the movie down to 3.5 hours. It is amazing. Can't say you can do the same with the prequels. Save for the Opera House and Podrace, all of the scenes were awful and flawed.
