Thanksgiving gets the shaft compared to Christmas to the point you can't even have the Die Hard argument. But there are some pretty good ones that center around the holiday, use it to drive the narrative, or have a major scene that is TDay inspired.

Dutch
Planes, Trains and Automobiles
Home for the Holidays
Addams Family Values
Rocky
Grumpy Old Men

whachu got?

When I was a kid Wizard of Oz seemed to be on every Thanksgiving.

Other Thanksgiving movies of note:
The Ice Storm
Sent of a Woman

ETA: but really it is the start of A Christmas Story season.

Dreamworks, I think, made this computer animated thanksgiving movie involving time traveling turkeys a few years back. My wife and I watched it on Netflix a couple years ago expecting it to be dumb, but the movie was clearly written for the adults. So many adult jokes. Actually pretty decent.
