Lost.

I would love a good mystery show like that only done on a different network with better writing.

Good shows. Seriously though, I really don't care about the genre or whatever, I just wish there were more better shows on tv. Of course 'good' is somewhat subjective, but personally there are only 3, maybe 4, shows that I consider good.

Honestly, I feel like the writing was good at first, but then it got overtaken by the need to keep the cash cow alive. So, they added a bunch of bullshite to keep it going and it ended up making very little sense.

If you haven't watched The Shield, start yesterday.

If we learned one thing from Lost it is when you are writing a show that is designed to have an end game you need to decide how many seasons you want the show to run and stick with it. Otherwise you will write yourself into a corner.

Yep, my joke was that the only things Lost were the writers after about season 3.

I want another show like "Friends" that has excellent writing that gets you invested in a group of unique characters and what happens in their lives.

I guess Big Bang Theory is the closest we have to that right now

It's always sunny

That dark slapstick humor just hits the spot every time I watch it.

Part of me wants to say "Black Mirror". But I don't think anyone can copy that.

Seinfeld. I need more humor in my life. Dumbed down sit com and slapstick don't do it for me.
