I guess special wasnt what I'm saying. But the two you mentioned have distinguishable voices. Their own style. I'm not saying that Tate can't sing at all but there isn't really anything unique about his voice comparable to what is out there.

I knew what you were saying, I just don't think either of those guys have a distinguished voice either. You could hear them in a bar and not think that they had superstar talent. Its all about opportunity in country. Having a good enough voice and having exposure.

I personally think Carly may end up being the biggest star out of any singing show since Carrie Underwood. For her age, she is as good as it gets.

I just don't know about CeCe. The only white girl doing what she is trying to do right now is Ke$ha. CeCe is waaayyyy hotter than Ke$ha too so she could have a chance in the industry right now. It was much tougher when Britney started out because you also had Christina, Jessica Simpson and Hillary Duff. If Cece was gonna make it big in the white girl pop scene, now would be the time.

I agree with a lot of what you say, though I don't think Tate will go back to construction. I think he's going to get some gigs to support him enough. He might not be a millionaire, but I think he'll be able to make a living singing, at least, for awhile after the show.

For Cece to make it, she needs a voice coach to work with her big time. She hasn't sung without pitch issues the entire season or since her audition. She's got some pipes, but they're not consistent. Isn't she herself a voice coach or was that someone else?

I agree with these statements. She's a damned talented singer and would be at least top 2 of any of the singing shows (AI, X Factor or The Voice) that I can recall if she were entered and eligible.

Saying that she is over hyped on this season is only an observation I made in regards to the level of competition she had. Put her up against someone like Carrie underwood back in '04 and she wouldn't seem like far and away above. She is incredible for 13 and should win. But she's running away with this because of no one being able to contend.
