Tim Burton's Batman. When you first see Batman. There's an overhead shot where he walks across a rooftop. Not sure if they tried to do it as cell animation or as CGI, but it looked like a cartoon silhouette.

Tigersaint26, that wooden performance is actually Kristen Stewart and not CGI.
