I found a semi-definitive answer to your question:
In the episode "Fry Guys" Adam says that they have slept with 17 women between the three of them, of which Adam says six are his own and Ders is in double digits. Cut to Blake with an awkward look an his face. So depending on whether Ders slept with 10 or 11 chicks, Blake is either a virgin or has only had sex once.
