How about the lead singer for Deathklok? Nathan Explosion. He's worth countless $$$, has a huge mansion with armed guards, gets all the arse he could want, and gets to rock out at will.
Not animated, I'd say Thomas Magnum for sure. Lives on a suite on private beach in Hawaii. No real responsibilities (Zues and Apollo pretty much handle the security) and has a best friend with a helicopter.
(Ferrari of course, already mentioned).
