Who all is watching The Dark Knight Rises midnight Thursday

The Grand Theatre in Alexandria is starting the triology at 6:30 with the new one starting at midnight. Being that we won't get out until almost 3 am, I am taking Friday off to sleep in.

I'll be arriving at rave mall of la at 530 to watch the marathon. I'll be in there from 6pm-3am

Shouldn't you be taking Thursday to sleep in? Or are you just going straight from the theater to work? Oh, and I'm in.

Yeah, just depends on your theater and your choice of imax/digital projection/standard.

Will run home Thursday afternoon and catch a quick nap before the show. Marathon at Alex Grand starts at 6:30 pm Thursday and ends Friday morning around 2:45 am. So afterwards I'll catch breakfast somewhere and go home to bed for whatever it takes Friday.

mother fricking IN I really wish this thing would take the Avengers box office record, but I just don't think it's going to happen with 1) the length of the movie and 2) no 3D
I do think it will break the midnight record set by HP though.

I wanted to but the three of us that usually go to these things couldn't coordinate it around work schedules. So we're going to try to go on Monday early in the day.

I am going to the midnight showing at Rave. My friend called the theater and they told him midnight is sold out and now they are also showing at 3:30 a.m. Not sure how legit that is,
