Am I that slow to get around to it on Netflix?

I'm only 2 episodes in but pretty hooked so far.

Eh, there isn't much to discuss. Absolutely great show, great acting, solid plot. There. I summed it up in one post.

Under my fantasy file.

The things I'd do to Krysten Ritter. Her momma wouldn't want to take her back after I was done with her.

It's a problem with Binge shows. It was the official season thread and people are afraid to talk about it and spoil things for people like you that go looking for the thread only 2 episodes in. I'm not sure what a good work around is, because how can you get a good discussion going without spoiling it for people that are at a different place?

She is.

If I was Jesse I'd have taken a moment for myself before calling Walt/Mike that morning..

I wonder if having threads for episode groups would work. I know one thread for each episode is too much, but one thread for every 4 or 5 might be a good idea.

Or something that could work, but would require a lot of work by whoever starts the thread would be to set a schedule in the OP, that said something like "no matter how quickly you watch the episodes, no spoilers on these episodes until this date" and then put page numbers after the fact for people that enter thread later.

Two not great ideas, but maybe someone can turn one of them into something better.

I'm up to about episode 5 or 6. So far, damn, great show!

I refrained from reading the other thread to avoid spoilers. I love that Netflix releases the whole season so you can pace yourself or binge watch, what ever you have time for.

One silly complaint: JJ has super strength. But she's not invulnerable like Luke Cage. The super strength, without the enhanced durability should leave her a broken mess. Based on what I've seen so far, she may have slight enhanced durability, but she's not running a circular saw across her abs like homeboy.

The guy they cast for Luke Cage is PERFECT. That guy was born to play Powerman.

Kilgrave may have the most powerful superpowers ever. Unless you have some sort of resistance to his power, he is unbeatable (Or you take him out in a surprise attack). I know JJ is a retired superhero and probably has a code not to kill, but she should just find Kilgrave, sneak up, and double tap him in the head with a .45. That dude is pure evil.

I just watched the episode where he buys the house. Without giving spoilers away, holy shite. I can't wait to watch where this is going.

We would probably need to GOT it by having separate spoiler and non-spoiler threads.

I guess I'm the only one that doesn't like this show. Aside from all the sjw pandering, its just really boring. I don't know how people can say this is better than Daredevil. It really lowers my expectations for the Luke Cage series too.

I think it would boil down to who wanted the other dead first. Otherwise, given the same amount of time to plan and knowledge of each other, I don't see how Kilgrave could be defeated as Grant would have to spend inordinate amounts of time making sure his people weren't compromised.

I found the pacing up until the end of episode 4 was too slow, but after that it was pretty good.

Aside from all the sjw pandering,

I liked Carrie Anne Moss as the lawyer, make her character a man and you lose your pandering claim, but I don't think a guy works as well in that role with the hero also being female. The problem wasn't pandering, it's that this should have been a 10 episode season so about 70% of that side plot was filler while 30% was essential to the story.

I'd say they're about the same. Both had excellent villains and ok heros. I really enjoyed Krysten Ritter's performance, but Jessica Jones herself as a hero is pretty uninspiring.

On episode 7 for Jessica Jones and 8 for Daredevil and I like Jessica a lil bit better. I think both are ok but nothing special.

I do prefer Fisk over Kilgrave.
