My go to on anything is Arnold movies. But when I'm feeling sad Conan the Barbarian specifically.
It is the ultimate redemption. Child witnesses family and village slaughtered. Thrown into slavery he battles his way out and takes full revenge on everyone who wronged him. It lifts me up when I see Thulsa Doom's finale.

The New Guy, Dodgeball, and Kung Fu Hustle are all my favorite comedies so maybe one of those.

Or Whose Line is it Anyway?

Same. It's impossible for me to watch an episode of that show and still be in a bad mood.

Srubs or the BttF trilogy. Can't watch either without instantly feeling better.

Cooking shows.

There is something about watching people cook that has always calmed me down and made me feel better.
