Probably destroying Butters childhood. Tenorman is an arsehole that was bullying a young fat kid. Fat kid retaliated once and then left Scott alone. Butters however has had repeated trauma caused by being Eric's friend.

Besides the obvious one, I think Cartman convincing women to have abortions so he could grow his own Shakey's Pizza next door to a Shakey's Pizza would be the worst. And on top of that, he used his best friend's death to do it.

Scott was not forced to eat his parents...He chose to.
Butters going to gay camp, dealing with a ghost, living in a bomb shelter, eating his own feces while being trapped in a kennel was all Eric.

Cartman killing Scott Tenorman's parents and feeding him their parts in chilli. Even more fricked up now considering Scott is his half brother and they share the same dad.

Mr and Mrs Tenorman chili, in a runaway. Nothing else he has ever done compares to that. As far as I remember, that's the only time Cartman has really had someone killed. Then, feeding them to their kid is just all kinds of fricked up.

I laughed my arse off, but that really was the moment that cartman went from a funny but misguided kid to a true sociopath. Not a bad development that has harmed the series, but it was definitely a time that changed Cartman's character.
