Looks like the TV guide list is from 2002.
I believe the Writers Guild list is contains what they considered to be the most well written shows ever as of 2013.

in each era, there is must see TV. SNL of the Coneheads era was.
there were terrific programs in the 1950's. none made the list.
Sid Caesar Imogen Coca and Carl Reiner did a live comedy show that was #1 in ratings and awards for years. It must be on any list of the 10 best of all time.
