Not blood sister, and this show really is crap now, I enjoyed the first season and it's gone down hill in a hurry, I hope Russell kills everyone

They've tried ever since the show started to make Tara important. According to my wife she's a minor character in the books and every storyline they create for her is just crap.

Agree. Everyone was expecting Tara to come crawling out the grave with Pam saying WTF?
A solid antithesis would have been the conversion not working apparently due to too much head damage. I didn't read the books so I have no idea if Tara became a vampire in the literary version.This post was edited on 6/14/12 at 7:41 pm

Yeah, I only read the first two books, but my sister has read all of them. She said Tara was barely even a side character and that post season 2, they've deviated a lot.
IMO this show has been mediocre starting with Season 3. I could give a rat's arse about Russell Edgington and the Authority, and Sam's meth family which were killed off thank goodness and whatnot. Ever since I started watching Game of Thrones, I've become a snob and watch True Blood basically to see how the plot will play out. It's always been a campy show, but it's not good at all right now. Jason and Eric are basically the only reason why I still watch this show.
